We want to make sure that you feel safe and comfortable at our in-person Plunge events. We’ll be updating our safety protocols throughout the season to stay up-to-date with guidelines set by the Michigan Department of Health. All Polar Plunges will take place in person but every event will have a Virtual Registration Option.

For in-person events, we highly encourage participants, volunteers, and spectators to wear a mask at the plunge and/or socially distance when possible. Please note that your attendance freely assumes all such risks and liabilities related to illness from COVID-19.

 If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms before the event, please stay home and quarantine appropriately. 

 If a plunge is canceled due to COVID-19 or weather you can turn your plunge into a virtual plunge.

Donations will not be refunded if we have to cancel. All plungers will still receive their plunge incentives.
